**Responsibilities**:

- Manage full set of accounts for the companies, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cashflow and finalization of the Monthly Management Report.
- Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts, management reports and financial analysis within deadlines.
- Preparation and filing of annual financial statements, tax and quarterly GST returns
- Analyse revenue and expenditure trend and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.
- Assist with financial and cash flow projection.
- Liaising with internal and external parties such as auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and finance standards, best practices and government regulations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years’ of working experience in related field.
