**Position : Admin Assistant (CUSTOMER SERVICE)**:
- **Location : Tuas (few bus stop from Tuas West Road MRT)**:
- **Working hours : 5.25 days (Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Alternate Saturday : 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)**:
- **Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2500 Basic + AWS + Bonus + Medical + Dental**:

**Main Responsibilities**:
- To attend to phone calls and attend to all walk-in queries pertaining to booking of dormitory units.
- Perform routine administrative and filing duties and to maintain adequate stock of office stationery.
- Assist Dormitory Manager and Operations Manager in routine matters.
- Prepare stationery and gas stove requisition for Dormitory Manager’s approval. Liaise with gas stove contractor on gas installation. Feedback client’s problems to gas contractor.
- maintain a database of clients requesting units, with their contact details and details of their request. This list must be reviewed periodically and clients who no longer require accommodation must be deleted.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Update client list whenever existing clients move out or new clients move in.
- Collect payments for all forms of cash sales and issue Cash Sales Invoice.
- Take charge of processing and documentation of workers moving into the dormitory.
- To obtain documents of workers and issue access passes, provided that all documents are properly verified.
- To keep updated records of all workers in the dormitory, according to their units, companies and nationalities.
- To ensure that records of workers moving out of the dormitory and proceeding on home leave or returning from leave are updated.
- To maintain a record of defective or lost access passes and collect payments for replacement passes, where applicable.
- To monitor work permit expiry dates and ensure that clients submit details of renewed work permits
- To attend to request from government departments pertaining to workers residing in the dormitory
- To perform any other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
