Job Scope:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

Prepare sales documents (quotations, tenders, proposals, contracts)

Support sales tracking and coordination with internal teams

Provide indoor/outdoor sales support and resolve customer issues

Assist in processing orders and addressing customer needs

  • At least 2 years of sales admin experience
