We are a private-equity funded healthcare platform focused on provision of integrated orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care in Singapore. Our platform provides full integrated care ranging from injury prevention, diagnosis, clinical surgery and post-surgery physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Our current ecosystem includes a chain of (i) medical diagnostic imaging centres (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammogram, X-Ray), (ii) orthopaedic specialist clinics, and (iii) physiotherapy centres. We are expecting rapid growth through new organic expansion as well as acquisition of other existing centres.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Handle day to day financial transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, accruals & deposit payable
- Prepare and post journal entries either manually or electronically
- Process staff claims, customer Medisave claims, vendor invoices, outgoing payments
- Maintain and prepare vendor invoices/sales invoices and payments/receipts into the accounting system
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Forecast, monitor and track cash flow
- Sending Customers Statement of Accounts on a regular basis
- Proper documentation/ filing system
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior

**Requirements**:

- Degree in accounting with accounting or certificate such as ACCA/CPA
- Min 2 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience with full-spectrum finance activities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment and is comfortable with matrix reporting
- High computer literacy, technically agile with numbers and is able to work independently
- Resilient, highly adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment / high growth start-upTags
