**About this opportunity**
The APAC Sales Operations Specialist will assist in change management to improve sales processes and operational efficiency. Additionally, this person will help to manage sales effectiveness initiatives and provide administrative support.
**In this role, you will**
Digital Learning & Development Management
Curate and design bite-sized learning modules to uplift sales competencies and capabilities
- Contribute to the design and development of new learning models, LMS tools, content design templates, certifications, activities (quizzes, tests), e-learning pathways, etc.
- Manage membership for Sales, distribution of courses, catalog, learning paths, etc.
- Support queries and issues that may arise with the LMS and follow-through enhancements with the LMS.
- Provide analytics such as completion rates, test results, etc.
- Schedule regular program lead meetings and ensure coordination across the team.
Sales Ops & Change Management
- Design and compile Sales Effectiveness newsletters/videos for best practices sharing
- Provide data management duties for sales targets, hierarchy, territory, user profiling, etc
- Manage team’s SharePoint and MS Team’s files organization
- Support team with procurement, vendor management processes
- Multi-calendar coordination for monthly sales calls with sales leaders across APAC, training for participants and trainers, and minutes-taking
- Ability to learn existing and new tools quickly to support and optimize sales activities.
**In this role, you’ll need **
**Education & Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or relevant
- 2 year sales support/sales operations experience, sales or related business fields
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. Knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
**Desired**
- Good computing knowledge in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop (Video editing)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with effective communication skills to partner with cross function teams to achieve company goals.
