Meta is seeking a talented attorney to join as Lead Counsel, Labor & Employment, APAC in our International Employment Law team. The position will report to our Singapore-based Director & Associate General Counsel, Head of International Employment Law.This is an 11-month contract, and can be located in either our Singapore or Sydney office.

**Counsel, Labor & Employment, APAC (Contract) Responsibilities**:

- Partnering with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters.
- Drafting and revising employment related agreements and policies, including offer letters, severance agreements, confidentiality agreements, employee handbooks, and other employment related documents, applicable to Meta’s various global employees.
- Providing training to offices across APAC regarding Meta policies and other employment/legal matters.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant post qualification experience in labor and employment counseling, with in-house experience preferred.
- Experience with labor and employment law in APAC, including performance management, compliance and investigation procedures as well as a willingness to learn employment law in new jurisdictions
- Qualified lawyer, ideally in an APAC jurisdiction.
