Engagement Program Manager, Google.org

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in program management, strategy consulting, or philanthropy.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, particularly in the area of economic advancement and/or digital responsibility.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working in or with nonprofits or government and/or managing volunteering initiatives.
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and sound business judgment.
- Adaptable, flexible, capable of working both independently and in teams.

The mission of the Googler Engagement team is to drive transformative impact for society through employee giving and volunteering.

On the volunteering side, our programs are designed to go in-depth with grantees and scale to reach all Googlers. For example, the Google.org Fellowship enables a group of Googlers to spend up to 6 months working with a nonprofit or civic entity, We also engage Googlers at scale through company-wide volunteering initiatives like GoogleServe. On the giving side, we manage broad, globally accessible programs to engage Googlers in meaningful personal giving.

In this role, you will lead Googler Engagement efforts in the APAC region, including Fellowships, skills-based volunteering, GoogleServe, Holiday Giving Campaign, and more, crafting initiatives that harness the passion and talent of the thousands of Googlers based in APAC to help solve some of humanity’s biggest challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the end-to-end management of skills-based volunteering projects in the APAC region; working with local teams to identify impactful opportunities and leading on scoping, recruitment, project management, impact measurement, and storytelling.
- Collaborate with Global Campaigns Lead to support company-wide moments in the APAC region.
- Partner closely with the Government Affairs and Public Policy, Communications, and Marketing teams at Google to ensure communication and engagement plans are in place to leverage Googler Engagement efforts.
