Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Manage petty cash and expenses claims
- Generate GST reports and update Audit Schedules
- Maintain accounting records and statutory submissions
- Handle recruitment matters
- Prepare and process Payrolls for all employees
- Liaise with CPF Board, IRAS and MOM for employment matters
- Organizing of company events
- Any other Finance, HR Admin duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma and Accounting certificates
- At least 3 years of experience in managing SME office
- Sound accounting and HR software knowledge, MIM & InfoTech preferred
- Availability on short notices preferred
