Job Responsibility:
HR duties
- Manage statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims and grants
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports to Finance
- Provide final salary information for IR21 submission for foreign employees
- Provide prompt updates and proper maintenance of employee databases in HRIS
- Assist in HR-related letters e.g. confirmation, certificate of employment
- Support HR activities and initiatives
Admin duties
- Manage general office administration and purchase pantry supplies, stationery, and office equipment.
- Monitor renewal of company purchases and services contracts such as domain names, software licenses, staff insurance etc.
- Make travel arrangements for staff
- Perform other admin tasks assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 3 years working experience in HR and office administration
- Familiar with SAGE and/or Info-tech system
- Attentive and meticulous to details
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to work independently and an effective team player
- 5 day week (9am to 6pm)
