**Job Description**:
**Primary Objective**
- To be responsible for all matters relating to Management Information System and periodic reports of non-performing loans (“NPL”), including but not limited to internal reporting requirements and external regulatory reporting obligations.
- To provide effective analysis of management information to support in diligently monitoring and achieving the performance objective set.
- To be responsible for the finance, accounting and administrative aspects of all recovery activities.
- To provide governance support to adhere to all internal and external guidelines/notices in the management of NPL of the Bank.
- To support loan recovery activities as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To employ skillsets in MIS reporting and analysis for the NPL portfolio of the Bank, which includes retail and non-retail such as corporate and commercial accounts so as to meet both internal and external stakeholders’ information requirement.
- To provide effective management information support to Head of Loan Recovery and the various officers, so as to achieve smooth reporting to senior management in Singapore and head office, with ultimate objective to achieve targeted recovery action to meet KPIs for the department.
- To be fully responsible to manage and update the NPL data for the department.
- To prepare and compile all periodic and adhoc reports accurately for internal and external stakeholders.
- To be responsible for the finance, accounting and administrative aspects of all recovery activities.
- To complete all reports in a timely manner to meet reporting deadlines.
- To regularly review and update the various Bank’s Policies, Guidelines and Manuals to reflect up-to-date best practices/guidelines within the Bank and externally from the various regulators, including external regulatory guidelines or notices that impact the management of NPL.
- To support loan recovery activities, eg liaising with lawyers on various legal recovery actions and follow-ups.
- To support the Head of Loan Recovery in the preparation of various adhoc reports and other projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree Holder, preferably in accountancy, business or data analytics.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in MIS report preparation in a financial institution or accounting firms.
- Familiarity with MAS reporting for NPL.
- Conversant with various MIS report preparation for a Bank including regulatory reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong IT and presentation skills including Advanced Excel with database management, PowerPoint and Word.
