**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**
- To assist with the conduct of population research study.
- Monitoring study sites and clinical activities, updating study documentation, maintaining clinical data systems and coordinating research procedures.
- Provide support across a range of functions associated with the successful execution of this research study.
- The CRO need to have a positive attitude towards learning new skills so that they can be trained to be competent to collect clinical research data from study participants.
- CRO need to ensure that the study activities are performed in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and local regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a Phlebotomy-certified CRO
- CROs who are also phlebotomists must have been actively practising the trade for more than 1 year.
- CROs should have the ability to produce meticulous and accurate work
- CROs must be pro-active
- CROs with good interpersonal communication skills is essential.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
