**Job Summary**:

- The Project Data Specialist's main responsibility is to support the Engineering department in the successful delivery of engineering data, which includes all necessary work and support activities to ensure quality deliverables.
- The Project Data Specialist works closely with the Lead Engineers and with other relevant stakeholders to ensure that the quality and the transfer of data throughout all project phases and into operation are as per the Company’s data governance, and other applicable requirements.
- The Project Data Specialist shall ensure that there are no duplications and that all items are identified by a unique tag number.
- The position is the champion of data governance and promotes the importance of compliance in projects.
- Contribute to IT projects in the Energy/ Logistics industry for Antaes clients
- The Project Data Specialist ensures that all data that are associated with unique tag numbers are consistent in 1D, 2D, and 3D presentation as per company’s Engineering Numbering System (ENS) and drawing legends.
- The Project Data Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining a master tag register in a centralized database.
- The Project Data Specialist shall map the LCI data fields throughout the entire Integrated Engineering and Design (IE&D) tools.
- The Project Data Specialist is responsible for distributing information from the centralized database to any consumers of data, e.g. Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Completions Management System (CMS), etc.
- Supporting the Project team in the allocation of tag sequences.
- Bring attention to the Lead Engineers in case of any issues that could potentially impact final data
- and document quality, cost, or schedule.
- The mapping of LCI data fields is developed through AVEVA Integrated Engineering and Design (IE&D) tools.
- The database for the master tag register is AVEVA Engineering, which is part of AVEVA’s Integrated Engineering and Design (IE&D) suite.
- AVEVA svg review tool, which is a tool for reviewing and extracting tagged information from drawings.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Information Management on large projects
- Experience working with databases
- Knowledge of Data Management Processes and Tools
- Knowledge and understanding of Data Governance challenges and best practice for metadata, data quality and data stewardship.
- **Good to have experience in oil and gas sector**
- **Good to have proven aptitude in governance development and interest in data governance**
- **Good to have knowledge on safeguarding the integrity of how data is used and understood in the Company, to maintain objectivity in reasoning, actions, and decision-making.
