**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist Director to oversee her entire business operation and personal matters
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
- Making calls to potential client and schedule meetings on behalf of Director (Cold calling)
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos, and forms
- Preparing slides and all necessary preparation for meetings
- Card design, EDM design, preparing greeting cards and posting necessary documents.
- File and update contact information of clients, suppliers, and external partners (data base)
- Liaising with internal departments
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Document expenses and hand in reports
- Manage travel arrangements for Directors
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders each month
- Ad-hoc stuff and administrative works assigned
- **Requirements**:_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Must be willing to do cold calling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous and responsible in the roles she partakes in
- 1 years’ experience as a secretary to a Director/MD
- Junior
- Familiarity with office organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
