To support the projects and efforts of the organization towards the future way of working. Transforming existing and future processes to create new value as well as improve productivity and efficiency. Championing digital transformation within the office through the following:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute transformation strategies that are in line with the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and creating a clear roadmap for digital transformation. Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to prioritize initiatives and allocate necessary resources for successful implementation.
2.Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging employees to explore new ideas and embrace change. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains through digital technologies. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement in digital transformation strategies.
3. Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
Stay updated with the latest emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's goals. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate various technology solutions. Oversee the implementation of selected technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes. Manage vendor relationships and identify any potential gaps in contracts.
4. Change Management:
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive employee adoption and engagement during the digital transformation process. Create communication plans to educate and inform stakeholders about the benefits and impact of digital transformation initiatives. Identify potential barriers to adoption and develop effective mitigation strategies to overcome resistance to change.
Provide training and support to employees to enhance their skills and capabilities in the digital era.
5. Data Analysis and Insights:
Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to gather valuable insights and identify trends that empower stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. Prepare and present regular progress reports on digital transformation projects, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Explore with stakeholders on data science projects.
6. Project Management:
Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, and establish clear timelines and milestones for digital transformation projects. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project risks and issues and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
- Good bachelor’s degree from an established university
- Proven experience of at least 2 to 5 years (8 years preferred for Senior Manager level) in leading transformation initiatives and managing business information technology projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and driving cultural shifts within an organization.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive change.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as Power BI tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps, especially in Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms etc.
- Familiarity with R or Python for data analysis and Geospatial analysis and some experience in building cloud computing solutions, is a plus.
