**Job Title: End User Support Engineer**
- **Job Type: Contract (1 year)**:

- **Working Location: Pasir Panjang**:

- **Working Hours: Mon-Fri**

You will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of our EUCD project, a pilot project for an internet-centric platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire platform day-to-day operations, including configuration, troubleshooting, desktop side, endpoint, platform in cloud, and network connectivity.
- Provide desk-side support, general network support, and work with others on network, system, and server issues.
- Liaise with the vendor (product principal - cloud service provider) to ensure smooth operations of the platform.
- Ensure the platform is running optimally and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure network connectivity and work with other engineers on network-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Document and communicate any changes or updates to the platform to the relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in EUC support / Desktop support
- Experience in managing day-to-day operations of an internet-centric platform.
- Strong experience in network connectivity, troubleshooting, and general network support.
- Experience with firewalls and desktop support.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cloud service providers is a plus.
