**OUR CONTEXT**

LVMH Beauty Tech is the worldwide IT department of the 16 Maisons of the Perfumes & Cosmetics branch of the LVMH group (Perfumes Christian Dior, Givenchy, Guerlain, Kenzo, Make Up Forever, Acqua Di Parma, Loewe, Benefit, Fresh, KVD, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Marc Jacobs, Cha Ling, Fenty, Bite & Olehenriksen).

In a constantly evolving retail environment where the customer experience is crucial, we are a true Business Partner for all business departments, providing new and innovative technical solutions, adapted to the challenges of our Maisosns, considering their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model.

Today, we have 350 men and women in France and over 650 worldwide who work together to meet the challenges of LVMH Beauty. Our teams are composed of both technical experts (developer, tech lead, architect) and business experts (Project Manager, Business Process Manager, Business Analyst).
**Job Description** YOUR IMPACT**

You will be:

- Part of a worldwide IAM team (APAC-AMER-EMEA) managing more than 25 000 identities.
- Based in Singapore and reporting to the central HQ in Paris combined with a dotted line management locally.
- Acting on a critical ecosystem, including technologies as Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM, PKI, ADFS and Okta.
- Contributing to strategic group and local projects such as automated IAM management, implementation of an HR ERP and Identity data quality.

**YOUR ROLE**

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, your role will be to:

- Contribute to the evolution and ensure operational readiness of existing IAM solutions.
- Be the expert and the reference for L3 support for France and worldwide teams.
- Manage external providers and challenge their proposals.
- Resolve incidents, analyze, diagnose, and provide solutions to ensure resolution of IAM issues.
- Monitor corrective action plans implemented by external providers or other internal teams
- Ensure compliance with the security policy.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space and provide recommendations for improvements to the organization.

**Qualifications** REQUIRED SKILLS**
- University degree or above
- Significant experience, at least 5 years, in a final customer or consultancy firm.
- Strong skills in the fields of IAM, with a very good understanding of Active Directory and its derived components: Okta, ADFS, ADconnect, AAD, GPO, PowerShell, T0, MFA, PKI...
- Scripting and automating actions for the purpose of industrialization.
- Knowledgeable on public clouds (Azure/GCP/AliCloud).
- Able to perform system administration (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with functional business users
- Capable of being part a worldwide distributed team with remote management
