- Ensure smooth daily operation flow and to assist in daily operations being assigned by the Head Nurse or Management
- Participate in continuos quality improvement process
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and best practices to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
- Collaborate with different individuals including doctors, nurses, patients, families, support staff
- Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to keep them updated on the latest practices, procedures, and protocols
- Posses leadership skill in bringing the team to work towards the corporate's objectives
- Safeguard confidential files, records, and documents while upholding resident confidentiality
- Maintain productive working relationships within the Nursing Department and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage an inventory of ward equipment, ensuring regular maintenance. Provide support to the Head Nurse in facility management and act as a deputy in her absence.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- At least 3 years of clinical management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast pace environment
- Willing to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays
