Job Requirement Leadership and Management Provide visionary leadership to nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing personnel, ensuring the highest standards of clinical competence and professionalism. Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for nursing staff, and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their growth and success. Clinical oversight Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other department heads to develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and standards of care. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in nursing practice, patient safety, and quality improvement. Monitor patient outcomes, clinical indicators, and patient satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions. Resource Management Develop staffing models, nursing schedules, and workflow processes to optimize patient care delivery while maximizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing from recognized training institution as approved by Singapore Nursing Board and a post-basic qualification in the relevant nursing specialty. Singapore Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which 2 years must be in supervisorial position. Previous experience in nursing management or administration, preferably in a startup or expansion setting. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
