**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of retail experience
- Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-changing, retail environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service to every walk-in and returning client.
- Understand the basic knowledge of luxury designer brands (e.g., Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès).
- Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales to achieve sales target.
- Maintain the boutique's cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Tag and display new arrivals while supporting stock intake and inventory checks.
- Build relationships with clients through follow-up and tailored service.
- Stay updated on current luxury fashion trends and resale value.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience and customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn luxury brand knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Team player and ability to work independently
- Fluency in English is a **MUST**and Mandarin is a plus
