**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**: Promote and sell skincare products to meet sales targets.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about skincare products and trends to provide expert advice.
- **Customer Assistance**: Help customers with their skincare needs and recommend suitable products.
- **Demonstrations**: Show customers how to use skincare products through demonstrations.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build good relationships by following up on their skincare needs.
- **Teamwork**: Work with your team to provide a great shopping experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
