About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Marimekko in the Orchard Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our retail business.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice

· Provide in-depth product knowledge and personalized shopping experiences

· Build strong relationships with customers through outreach and styling sessions

· Organize and support in-store events and community-building initiatives

· Drive foot traffic and sales through digital engagement

· Contribute actively to team goals and store KPIs

· Support stock management and maintain visual merchandising standards

Take ownership of the full sales process

Requirements

·       Minimum 1-3 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle environment.

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Others or equivalent.

· Passionate about fashion, design, and customer experience

· Service-oriented and a team player

· Speaks English and Mandarin is a plus

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Collaborative and proactive with attention to detail
