BRDGE Technology is a leading fintech platform committed to delivering innovative financial solutions in compliance with Singapore's regulatory framework. We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure adherence to the Monetary Authority of Singapore's (MAS) regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to MAS regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor and assess changes in regulatory frameworks, including AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) policies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Liaise with MAS and other regulatory bodies on compliance matters and reporting obligations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and transaction monitoring activities to prevent financial crime.
- Prepare and submit timely regulatory filings and reports as required by MAS.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, CFA) are an advantage.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services or fintech industry. Familiarity with MAS guidelines, particularly on AML/CFT and financial advisory regulations.
- **Skills and Attributes**:Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Singapore.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High ethical standards and attention to detail.
Proficient in compliance tools and software is a plus.
Proficient in English and Mandarine
