**Job Description**:
**As a Project Executive (Landscape), you will play a pivotal role in assisting the team in managing landscape projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of our vision, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to excellence.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Department in handling all administrative functions.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the project department.
- Taking responsibility for general administrative and data entry duties such as filing, answering inquiries, and more.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining and organizing an efficient system for filing and retrieving documents.
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on actions in relation to project requirements.
- Performing any other relevant duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Proactive attitude, responsiveness, ability to multitask effectively, and attention to detail.
- At least 1 year of working experience (knowledge and experience in the construction/landscape industry is preferred).
- Ability to work independently under pressure, analytical, meticulous, organized, with a positive working attitude, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to start within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
