Senior Enterprise IT Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the Enterprise IT Infrastructure team to ensure that DSO enterprise IT networks and systems are developed and deployed in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability, and availability
- Optimise IT networks and systems performance and availability that is balanced with the security requirements
- Manage vendors in the development and deploying of IT systems
- Drive IT productivity and improved efficiency through automation/scripting
- Collaborate with other members of the team on design and troubleshooting issues
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot, and conduct root-cause analysis for any issues regarding the enterprise IT networks and systems

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines
- Preferred 5 years of relevant IT experience in designing, deploying and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services
- Strong fundamental knowledge and technical hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technology infrastructure architecture, including networking, network devices such as firewalls, VPNs, data centres operations, server virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, system monitoring, backup and security systems such as SIEM
- Experience in planning, design, deploy and operate systems technologies for complex IT infrastructures, and project, contract and vendor management
- Relevant Experience in VMware / HyperV / virtualisation, enterprise storage systems, PKI, Windows and Linux server operating systems
- Relevant experience in powershell / powercli /other scripting languages
- Working experience on IT Security (e.g. OS/System hardening, vulnerability remediation
- Experience in implementing, administration and supporting of Business Intelligence Tool such as Power BI and able to provide guidance on analysing the data with stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication and ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audience and senior management
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction/effectiveness, proactive, analytical and decision-making skills
