**What the role is**
- You are part of a team that conceptualises and implements the plans for workplace redevelopments in MINDEF.

**What you will be working on**
- You support the Approval of Requirements (AORs) for the various project phases and implement the development and transition plans to the end operator while managing the project timeline and resources. You will also work with your team in the communications and engagement with the various internal and external stakeholders and ensure the proper integration of IT enablers into the overall plan. Your challenge lies in understanding and balancing the interest and priorities of the various internal and external stakeholders and organisation considerations of MINDEF/SAF, vis-à-vis the vision and resources available for the projects.
