- Liaise with interested volunteer performers, appointed contractors and government agencies on the matters of NDP
- Collate information from participants and contractors and ensure all records are properly and accurately maintained and submitted where necessary
- Plan and provide administrative, logistics and welfare support for the contingent participants at all auditions, training sessions, rehearsals and show performances
- Work with various stakeholders and working partners to secure venue for training and other logistic requirements, and ensure smooth operations at every audition, training session, rehearsals and show days
- Arrange meetings with various stakeholders and provide administrative support
- Liaise with vendors on purchases/services required for every training session, rehearsal and show performance, and to ensure compliance with PA procurement process
- Coordinate the distribution of costumes (including measurement, distribution, tracking and related matters) and make up for the contingent participants
- Disseminate information to and attend to queries and requests from volunteers
- Collate, monitor and track attendance for every training session, rehearsal and show performance and tabulate the final attendance record
- Manage social media accounts for weekly postings of training photos, information, etc, as well as for publicity and marketing
- Plan for pre and post bonding events and/or appreciation gathering
- Coordinate with the media team and the performers for any media interviews or publicity requirements

**Requirements**:

- Min. Degree
- Possess min. 2 years of relevant experience would be an advantage
- Able to work with mínimal supervision, self-motivated, resourceful and team player;
- Only Singaporeans.

**Others**
- Salary: Up to $3,700 per month
- Work duration: Immediate - 6 months
- Work location: Lavender
- Work hours: Mon to Fri: 9am - 6.30pm
- This is an outsourced role.
