Job Title: Temp, Events Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the delivery of events at our Medical Centre. As a Temp, Events Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with potential attendees, explaining the benefits of our CHAMP programme, and providing information on our chronic disease monitoring initiatives.

You will also be required to answer basic questions about the enrolment process and programme details, distribute marketing materials, and maintain a tidy and welcoming event booth area.

Your daily tasks will include reporting engagement metrics, collecting feedback from the public, and assisting in setting up the event booth.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about public health initiatives, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
