ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.

2 To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.

3 To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime

5 Manage and monitor the foreman and workers for right attitide, behaviour and manner working in workshop

6 Ensure, understand and meet in detail Scope of Work, Specifications and project requirements on the equipment / vehicles.

7 Planning of the materials requirement and coordinate with logistics procurement.

8 Organise in the daily and weekly logistic coordination meeting with team

10 Check the project required mandatory courses for workers and arrange for training in line with training matrix

11 Check and ensure all workshop activates shall ongoing well with quality and safety.

12 Plan and prepare minimum One month in advance Manpower, Material, Machinery as per given task.

13 Work Progress Update And Mitigation Plan Discussing In Daily Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Meetings.

14 Perform inventory check on RMC equipment and machineries and update condition on the items

15 Update feedback to superior on the machineries and equipment activities regularly.

16 Upgrade ownself and attend the relevent industry training continuously to meet the market requirement and have the competancy.

17 Continously monitor and identify the potential worker from workforce, coaching with leadership skills and update to HQ.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
