**Responsibilities**:

- In accordance to client requirement, plan ahead deployment schedules of vehicular equipment (cranes, prime movers, trailer, lowbeds, etc). Make justified decision for contingency plan to overcome unexpected shortage or lapse in resources.
- Coordinates deployment of internal transportation/delivery efforts between Production, SCE or Project teams and with external transport suppliers (if required), to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Ensure operation jobs are carried out in accordance to procedures and guidelines as established by the department or as required by Statutory Boards.
- Prioritize and optimize resources to ensure availability of equipment for timely repair & maintenance schedule too.
- To provide supervision and clear direction to staff under his/her control, while exercising a high level of independent judgement and initiative to ensure work completion safely and efficiently.
- Reviews and evaluates performance of staff under his/her charge.
- Processing of job orders through Epicor - EAM system and periodic updating of job activities once they are available.
- Reports generation from Epicor - EAM system and submission to supervisor.
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed of any activities, results of efforts and problems identified/potential problems; recommends corrective actions to immediate supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level holder with 2 years of working experience in fleet management of vehicular equipment, such as prime movers, trailers, lowbeds, etc.
- NTC holder of Logistics discipline with 1 - 2 years of related working experience will be preferred.
- Good work track record with some leadership experience.
- Strong drive for results and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effective with all levels of staff.
- A desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and build a career with a leading service provider for cranes and transport equipment.
- Independent & self-motivated.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
