**Your Role**:
As a **Relationship Manager Team Lead**, you will lead a team of Relationship Managers, foster strong client relationships, and drive business growth through innovative strategies and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership & Development**:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team targets.
Provide guidance, training, and performance reviews to ensure continuous professional growth.
- **Strategic Business Growth**:Develop and implement strategies to drive client acquisition and business expansion.
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve results and productivity.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering personalized wealth management solutions.
- **Wealth Management & Advisory**:Provide expert guidance on financial planning, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
Review and optimize client portfolios to align with their financial goals.
- **Entrepreneurial Mindset**:Lead with innovation and take ownership of challenges to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
Inspire a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within your team.
- **Compliance & Market Expertise**:Stay updated on financial markets, products, and regulatory guidelines.

**What You Bring**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or higher.
- **Experience & Expertise**:At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team.
Strong background in financial services, wealth management, and business development.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- **Skills & Attributes**:Entrepreneurial mindset with a love for challenges and innovation.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire trust and build relationships.
Leadership capabilities to mentor and motivate a team toward excellence.
Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- **Certifications**:CMFAS certification is mandatory.
