**Job Description:
As a Senior Relationship Manager at [Bank Name], you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the wealth of Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. You will be part of a dynamic team within one of China's top private banks, where you'll have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, leverage your expertise, and contribute to the rapid growth of our institution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **UHNW Client Relationship Management**:Build and nurture strong relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their unique financial goals, risk tolerances, and preferences. Provide personalized financial advisory services to address their complex needs.
- **Wealth Management Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to each client's financial objectives. Offer insights on investment opportunities, asset allocation, tax planning, estate planning, and other financial planning aspects.
- **Portfolio Management**:Oversee investment portfolios with a focus on diversification and performance optimization. Regularly review and adjust portfolios based on market trends, economic conditions, and client preferences.
- **Business Development**:Source and acquire new UHNW clients to expand the bank's assets under management (AUM). Leverage your network and expertise to identify prospects and convert them into long-term relationships.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including investment advisors, legal experts, and analysts, to provide holistic financial solutions to clients. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- **Client Education**:Educate clients on market trends, financial products, and investment strategies to empower them to make informed decisions about their wealth.
- **Performance Reporting**:Provide regular performance updates and comprehensive reports to clients, showcasing the growth and effectiveness of their investment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **AUM of over 300 million USD.**:

- **Proven track record as a Relationship Manager in UHNW or Private Banking, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to source and onboard new UHNW clients.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with high-profile clients.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
