**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle queries and attend to invoice processing
- Driven to follow up on disputes and collection
- Review billing requests and cancellations
- Engage AR team and functional units to manage Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflow
- Conduct reasonableness check on billing, revenue and receipts
- Manage AR escalation and resolve conflicts
- Perform closing activities and reconcile intercompany balances
- Assist, bridge and support the Billing and AR team in Finance SAP S4 HANA implementation
- Participate in system testing, training and enhancements
- Run GIRO deductions within the stipulated timeline and follow-up action on unsuccessful deduction
- Timely clearance of payment receipts
- Send SOA to customers on a regular basis
- Timely preparation of audit schedules
- Regular review and clearing of Balance Sheets

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Accounting or relevant field of study
- 2+ years of billing/collection experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of SAP ECC or S4 HANA systems is a plus
