**Responsibilities**:

- Consolidate demand forecast for oleochemical products from business and sales team and timely update the numbers to production planning.
- Liaise closely with sales and business team to enhance forecast accuracy by anticipating effects of market trends, activity, seasonality and demands.
- Work closely with production planning, sales coordinator and logistic and freight department to ensure supply cargo is ready on time to ship.
- Work closely with regional sales team to ensure timely shipment and replenishment of bulk shipment products.
- Coordinate the execution of monthly bulk shipment program to the regions and track their progress.
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risk to business and sales team to ensure supply continuity.
- Participate and contribute in monthly planning meeting with stakeholders. Develop reports needed to do demand and forecast error analysis and yearly budgeting reports and ad hoc reports if required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in supply chain management or technical discipline.
- Experience in supply chain operations or customer facing roles in palm or oleochemicals related business would be preferred.
- Possess a positive attitude, drive and strong business sense.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Well versed in Microsoft Office.
