
Accounts and Administration Assistant

Job Description:
- Generate and process invoices, payments, receipts, credit/debit notes etc.
- Make fund transfers by cheque, online banking, PayNow, etc.
- Perform data entry into accounting system
- Ensure all AR/AP/GL entries are recorded properly
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Handle full set of accounts for inactive entities
- Prepare for quarterly GST filing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including attending to visitors, handling incoming calls, purchasing office supplies etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- GCE O-Level or N-level or relevant certificates
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Responsible, meticulous, able to work independently and willing to learn new skills
- Able to commence work at short notice is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
