AVPN is seeking a Senior Manager, Capital Mobilisation to support our Philanthropic Funds and Ecosystem Building initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering an enabling ecosystem for effective capital flow, both financial and non-financial, towards nonprofit organisations and social enterprises, demonstrating the potential to catalyse philanthropy and impact investment towards creating impact in the region.. As Senior Manager, Capital Mobilisation, you will support strategic programmes, operationalising of the philanthropic funds, and forge corporate partnerships, driving impactful change in the Asia-Pacific social investment landscape.

**Responsibilities**:
**Philanthropic Funds Management**
- Manage the operational aspects of all the grantmaking processes for ongoing and new funds under the AVPN Philanthropic funds pillar.
- Take ownership of knowledge management, update of information and communication around the AVPN Philanthropic funds.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, research, and innovations in sustainability, social impact, and relevant fields to consistently identify philanthropic opportunities and assess the impact of current funds.

**Corporate Engagement / Ecosystem Building Pillar**
- Support the design and structuring of AVPN's Corporate Engagement and Ecosystem Building Strategy, recommending new project ideas and fostering entrepreneurial corporate partnerships.
- Communicate project outcomes effectively and develop strategies to enhance corporate impact in the social investment space.
- Cultivate partnerships to provide technical assistance and capacity-building support for nonprofits and social enterprises through AVPN's programmes.

**Stakeholder engagement and management**
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to cultivate meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, investors, community leaders, and beneficiaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of funds management, corporate strategy, ecosystem building, and stakeholder engagement efforts with overall organisational objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in philanthropy, grant-making, social entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, sustainability, or social impact.
- Proven track record of leading and managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills, with proficiency in impact management and measurement of for-profit social enterprises.
- Ability to coach, align, and lead teams to achieve deliverables effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating cultural understanding and sensitivity in Asia.
- Knowledge of philanthropy and social investment best practices and trends.
- Technologically savvy, with experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Experience in gender, youth, climate, or healthcare-related work is advantageous.
