We are looking for a highly organized and experienced **Tech Project Manager** to join our PropTech Team.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Lead and manage technology projects within the real estate tech firm, ensuring successful project execution, on-time delivery, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial aspects of the projects.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure technical requirements are met and align with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools.

**What is required of me?**:

- Familiarity with the real estate industry and its audience demographics.
- Proficient in using social media analytic tools and understanding performance metrics.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and compelling content.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media, especially TikTok.
- Good multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and timelines.
