AsureQuality have been operating a strong food testing business with a state-of-the-art laboratory in Singapore

since 2010; while Bureau Veritas has newly established food testing laboratories in Vietnam, Thailand, plus a

majority share in Permulab - a Malaysian leader in food and water testing. Together, they operate BVAQ as a

“network” business model throughout Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippine

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Build and deliver the annual and monthly revenue budget with targeted margin, and provide quarterly
- and monthly forecast
- Manage customer relationship and drive sales growth. Develop relationship by customer meeting,
- engagement and exploring customers’ needs and proposing solutions
- Build sales growth strategy, from analyzing market, prioritizing segments, analyzing competition, to
- proposing value and building strategic plan and actions
- Grow and manage sales pipeline, generate leads, identify opportunities, map stakeholder, build
- proposal and close deals. Report and update sales pipeline and activities in salesforce
- Monitor service KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction in conjunction with Operations and Laboratory
- managers. Able to coordinate queries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Plan, execute, and close business projects. Responsibility for defining the project, building a
- comprehensive work plan and ensure delivery
- Represent customers’ voice, and support Operations and Laboratory for continuous improvement and
- development
- Promote the company's brand. Attend marketing events such as conferences, exhibitions, promotion of
- products etc.
- Maintain accurate and current records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals,
- opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions.

**Requirements**:

- Business/Science degree or equivalent. Prefer Food Science or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or customer service preferably in lab
- testing or F&B industry.
- Customer relationship management; Ability to quickly and easily develop sound working relationships
- with customers and other stakeholders
- Financial literacy; Working knowledge and experience with budgets, schedules and cost estimates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
