**What the role is**
- Provision of accounting and costing services to support HDB in the implementation of its core business function of building and upgrading homes, infrastructures and amenities for the nation.
**What you will be working on**
- (1) Provide accounting, budgeting & costing services for business activity/programme assigned: - prepare annual budgets, cost projections, related financial & management reports for the business activity/programme - prepare interim/quarterly/ final year end schedules & suppporting schedules for the business activity/programme - management and administration of project cost accounts and payments processing (2) Establish & implement sound & acceptable costing & accounting policies and procedures for timely & accurate preparation of payment vouchers & bills (3) Review and monitor outstanding accounts, perform reconciliation between accounts when necessary (4) Handle ad-hoc assignments and other operational matters (5) Participate in cross-departments/groups projects e.g. upgrade of financial and budgeting system(s) supporting the business functions
