Accountant / Account Executive (AR / AP / Payroll / GST)

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant Cum Book Keeper to perform general accounting activities.

What Will You Do:
To handle a portfolio of clients accounts including:

- manage AR & AP & Full Set of accounts
- prepare quarterly account reports
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Account Closing
- prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
- prepare tax computation
- prepare management financial statements

To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

To improve systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions.

To perform a partial spectrum of HR functions and recruitment processes.

To perform various additional duties, if needed for the support of the recruitment function.

To be responsible for payroll and leave management for all staff for the company and its subsidiary.

To take down minutes during the monthly meeting.

To report directly to directors.

Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

- Must have at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting firm or from a finance company.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
- Possess good teamwork, self-driven, and willing to learn.
