**Role Overview**
As a **Payroll Executive (Managed Services)**at HReasily, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients across various industries, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and timely delivery of payroll services. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for a diverse client portfolio, encompassing data input, salary calculations, and payslip generation.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, adhering to MOM regulations, CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage the calculation of overtime, allowances, bonuses, deductions, and final salaries for resignations and terminations.
- **Compliance & Statutory Filings**:
- Preparation and submission of CPF contributions, income tax forms (IR8A, IR21, AIS), and claims for government-mandated leave (e.g., maternity, childcare, NS leave).
- Keep abreast of changes in local payroll legislation and ensure compliance across client accounts.
- **Client Servicing**:
- Serve as the principal point of contact for designated clients, addressing payroll-related inquiries and offering professional advice.
- Provide support to clients regarding HR/payroll system onboarding, data migration, and the maintenance of employee records.
- Generate payroll reports, management summaries, and statutory reports for clients.
- **Process Improvement & Support**:
- Support internal projects, system enhancements, and cross-team initiatives.
- Initiate process flow documentation for payroll outsource management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
**What We're Looking For**:
**Must Have**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience for Singapore clients/companies.
- At least 2 years of in-depth working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF regulations, and tax filing requirements.
- Able to use advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including formulas, for payroll reconciliation.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and the capacity to manage multiple clients concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capable of independent work and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management.
- Team player with a strong customer focused attitude and mindset.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in a **professional services / outsourcing / shared services** environment.
- Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (e.g. HReasily) is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll operations and employment compliance in at least 1-2 ASEAN countries
