**Job Description**:

- Production and creation of breads, cakes and other bakery products independently
- Plan production according to daily requirements.
- Produce bakery items established standards and practices independently
- Responsible for inventories and stock taking
- Facilitate and maintain compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
- Work with sense of urgency and good time management.
- Familiar with commercial baking equipment to fully utilize efficiency and productivity of equipment.
- Bakery, equipment and general cleaning such as pest control maintenance
- Plan and do forecast for both consumables and non consumables
- Ensure compliance with regulations and adherence to F&B industry food safety, hygiene standards and best practices.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when requiredJob

Job Requirements:

- At least 5 years of prior experience in a bakery
- Must be able to produce and create new breads, cakes and baked products independently.
- Efficient and well-organized.
- Consistency and eye for detail for quality control
- Work with sense of urgency and good time management
- Good initiative and effective communication skills
