Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Streaming & Regional Lead, Asia, you will be a critical contributor to our success through high-impact work. This position entails formulating and executing strategies for multiple lines of business, analyzing business performance, driving growth across Asia, and scaling up existing business operations and new businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage regional projects and program delivery through cross-functional & multi-market processes and people management
- Responsible for the timely & efficient execution of the projects and programs, along the value chain: from strategy, and planning through to implementation, monitoring and post-analysis
- Lead identification of the growth opportunities, assisted by internally and externally sourced intelligence
- Anticipate risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Participate in the development of broad-ranging analysis and implementation of long-range plans
- Drive project prioritization, planning, implementation, tracking, and evaluation
- Identify key sources of competitive advantage, necessary to drive sustainable growth
- Lead development and execution of recommended action plans to resolve strategic business issues, address challenges that arise across the business to achieve sustainable, profitable growth
- Drive operational efficiency through periodic cost reviews and the process optimization efforts
- Educate and implement an effective project management process for the Asia business
- Continuously staying abreast of the latest market developments together with the Senior Management team to propose, evaluate and implement new business development opportunities
- Develop, manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to help support the planning and execution of the regional projects

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or equivalent experience in international media with a minimum of 10 years in Project Management Operations and Strategy within the Media & Entertainment industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven ability to drive changes, build long-term strategic partnerships, and develop new business opportunities
- Strong Project management experience, ability to proactively prioritize and lead multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical acumen, with the ability to drive change and function in a complex fast-paced technical environment
- High level of communication & organizational skills, plus high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a dynamic and global environment
- Proven ability to work within a matrix structure and multiple time zones
