**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively sell exhibition space and sponsorships to customers.
- Manage individual and a network of agents’ sales performance to meet targets.
- Manage revenue & costs to exceed budgeted profitability.
- Develop sales strategy with the Group Project Director to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Develop marketing strategy with the Group Project Director and Marketing Manager to ensure maximum attendance and delegate revenue.
- Develop operational strategy with the Group Project Director to ensure maximum cost savings through alliances within the region.
- Liaise closely with conference contents to ensure consistency in event strategies.
- Manage project timelines to ensure that key milestones are met as planned.
- Provide monthly & quarterly reports to Group Project Director and on occasion to senior management.
- Monitor competitive activities within the region.
- Assess opportunities for new business and acquisition opportunities within the region.
- Attend events and courses as required to continue to perform responsibilities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years in trade show industry
- Leadership skills
- Sales management experience and proven ability to attain or exceed revenue targets
- Great relationship-management experience, maintaining customer contacts, feedback, and goals
- Ability to develop relationships at senior levels
- Ability to identify and pursue selling opportunities
- Ability to negotiate effectively, and handle and respond to customer objections proactively
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident personality, high degree of enthusiasm
- Team management and development skills

**Experience**:
A minimum of 3 year’s previous exhibition experience at a Project/Exhibition Manager level.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
