**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy for the company, aligning it with the organization's goals and values.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring that it is reflected in all internal and external communications, including marketing materials, website, social media, and other channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand campaigns that effectively communicate the company's unique value proposition and differentiate it in the competitive blockchain industry.
- Lead the creative development of brand assets, including logos, taglines, visual elements, and brand guidelines, ensuring they align with the brand strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and oversee the company's online and offline presence, ensuring brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy and positioning.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns, utilizing key metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across departments and to develop brand advocacy among employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in brand management, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using design tools and software for creating and editing visual assets (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and self-driven mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
