**What you will do**:
As the head of TSL Media Group's corporate brand, you are responsible for defining our brand direction to meet the firm's strategic objectives.
Your duties include:
- Revamp all corporate assets (Linkedin, corporate websites, etc.)
- Development of brand strategy and roadmap in line with our corporate agenda
- Develop strategic relationships across regional stakeholders
- Ownership of all external communication, including publications, speeches, and award nomination materials
- Identify and participate in impactful events and awards
- Facilitate media interviews to ensure positive representation of the company's key messages
- Support internal communication
You will be part of TSL's CEO office and receive guidance and direction from the TSL senior leadership team.
**What you should have**:
You will have 6-10 years of relevant experience and the ability to meet each of the following criteria below:
- A track record of building a known brand in a startup, technology or media space
- Structured thinker with a problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with stakeholders a
- An independent worker who is a strategic thinker and effective communicator
- Self-starter with good people skills; is comfortable with a dynamic pace and manages multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt to a variety of styles required from corporate materials to lifestyle marketing collateral.
- Strong knowledge of the local media landscape, with an extensive media contact list within the region
