Head of Communications and Corporate Branding

What we need

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this role will be pivotal in shaping and executing our brand, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategy across Southeast Asia, India, China, Japan, and Korea. The successful candidate will drive hyperscale and country-level retail marketing strategies, oversee internal and external communications, and lead media, press, government, regulatory, and corporate affairs initiatives. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Strategy

  • Define and lead the development of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy, aligned with the company’s business priorities, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and long-term balanced growth goals across hyperscale and retail segments.
  • Drive the creation and evolution of a unified message house anchored around the company’s key strategic pillars—technology leadership, customer experience, sustainability, global / local and market innovation.
  • Collaborate with GTM, product, and regional sales teams to translate the commercial strategy into actionable marketing plans and content campaigns that generate demand, drive differentiation, and support
