**Key Task**
Team Management
- Supervise, grow and develop the sales support team
- Ensuring the sales support team achieves commercial operational excellence
Sales & Administrative functions
- Create and maintain non-sales representatives assigned level customer profiles.
- Support account managers in customer onboarding.
- Assist in maintaining the tariff folder accordingly to ISO requirement
- Following up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Assist in department administrative tasks.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
- Perform assigned tasks to support the company meets its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety and environment as documented and follow all requirements as set out in the QHSE policy.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day to day activities embrace sustainability/Health and safety therefore reducing the impact upon the environment, supporting the communities we work in and reducing incidents in the workplace.
Additional to above tasks
- Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Experience & Education**
- Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage
- Understanding of company’s service offering and pricing policy
- Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant business experience and 2 years of leadership experience
- High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
