Singapore CLEARLAB SG PTE. LTD. Full time

The Production Supervisor manages production operations to ensure optimal efficiency within the organisation. He/She performs troubleshooting on production line issues and highlights maintenance issues to the engineering team. He/She maximises asset utilisation through the co-ordination of day-to-day operations across the production processes to ensure availability of resources in order to fulfil shipment and cycle time.

In addition, the Production Supervisor contributes to the productivity improvements in an organisation through data collection analysis and implementation of improvement projects.

He/She is expected to have good leadership and communication skills to lead teams to provide focus and direction to achieve organisational goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage Clearlab SG’s Daily Contact Lenses manufacturing
- To ensure that the objectives set by HOM are achieved, and that the manufacturing activities have the correct organization and people to achieve maximum performance in the short and continuing long term
- To responsible for quality and execution of production schedule with optimum yield
- To ensure good working environment by emphasizing on 5S and maintaining a high standard of cooperation and team spirit
- To work closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering in implementing new or improved processes

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to use Microsoft Office ie MS Excel, MS Words etc.
- Strong leadership quality and analytical skills with positive attitude.
- Strong achievement record in major accounts development.
- Effective in performing production planning and coordination.
- Highly customers focused and result-oriented.
- Sense of achievement and self-motivation.
- 4 working days per week (11hours/day, may include weekend).
