As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Production Supervisor**to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Production Supervisor, you will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of manufacturing activities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in scheduling jobs and planning workloads on the production floor.
- Ensuring timely delivery of required raw materials to support production timelines.
- Coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure processed sub-parts are delivered on schedule.
- Tracking order progress and movement through each stage of production.
- Monitoring production milestones to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Addressing any production issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, especially with internal teams and external suppliers/sub-contractors.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Knowledge of production scheduling and inventory control is an advantage.
