POSITION:
Customer Engineer (CE)

& KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Position responsible for providing installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within Singapore to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction

Working on NCR Products.

ATM (Banking) Deposit machine (Banking) Point of Sales (POS) Terminal (Supermarket) Retail Self-service Terminal (Supermarket) Printers (In general)

Position scope in details

Primary services include hardware maintenance, installation, basic software support (inhouse training provided)

Manage customer incidents as assigned; Build working relationships with customers (end user).

Responsible for ownership of all customer issues/needs that are voiced or observed and acts appropriately.

Verify that the site environment meets the requirements prior to installation or rollout; Install customer systems according to the installation plan, certify that the installation or setup of the product meets the customer's requirements

Analyze and correct all technical problems on equipment within assigned customer accounts.

Perform periodic preventive maintenance routines on products and installs modifications to equipment.

Routine jobs to overhauls and maintenance repair. May also perform required modular swaps and unit replacements or perform preventative maintenance services

Responsible to response to a customer call on time and to keep customer informed during the problem resolution process. Perform service verification and customer satisfaction surveys relating to the situation

Responsible for capturing detailed customer asset information and other data required to complete any invoicing or billing activities

Working Environment:
44hr Work Week Rotating Shiftwork covering Weekend and PH as per business requirement Overtime

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
ITE Graduate (Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical discipline) 0-2 years of related experience Personal computer skills (Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Application), Basic System OS and Applications (Microsoft Windows)

Basic Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics and Electro-Mechanical knowledge Knowledge on PLC programming Some understanding of basic Network protocols (e.g. TCP/IP) A+ Certification A technical Diploma

Notes:
In house classroom training and Web-based training will be provided. On the job training will be provided Probation period: 6 months
